Project brief:

A marketing website for a mortgage broker team based in north Texas. This site will provide an opportunity to begin branding their business independently and introducing customers to their team outside the context of the main broker’s site and branding. This single page site will integrate some branding from the team’s main broker until they are ready to go independent in the future.

We will start with a template that aligns well with the client’s logo and branding, then customize the template to match. The site will include a contact form that will email the team when a customer fills it out, introductions and bios for the members of the team, and a simple mortgage calculator to allow customers to get a ballpark estimate of what a mortgage will cost, given variables like the amount financed, the rate, etc.
